Work description
South Gloucestershire Council is seeking expression of interest from principal contractors who wish to be shortlisted for tendering the provision of infrastructure conversion works (Phase 2 work) to a site at Whitfield Tabernacle, Park Road Kingswood, Bristol, BS15 1QZ
Phase 2 - Conversion Scope of works: • Build to print contract. • Drawings for Construction to be provided. • Planning Consent will be acquired. • Expected completion date 31st October 2025
