Description
Sheffield City Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure consultants to undertake a Whole Plan Viability Assessment (WPVA) to support the preparation of its Local Plan (the 'Sheffield Plan'). The Council also requires a review of its CIL rates and affordable housing requirements, which are set out in its CIL Charging Schedule and CIL and Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document.
