## Description

Tender Opportunity; https://www\.the-chest\.org\.uk/ The Council operates a highways fleet consisting of 280 various types of vehicle from small panel vans up to 28 tonne gritters/tippers\. The majority of this fleet was procured in or around 2012\. Many of the vehicles are now coming to the end of their economically viable life\. This framework is to allow the Council to implement a fleet replacement programme over the next 4 years\. The Goods have been divided into the following vehicle types \(Lots\): • Lot 1 - Multi-purpose chassis and bodies • Lot 2 - Loadalls • Lot 3 - MWEPS • Lot 4 - Tractor Excavators • Lot 5 - 3\.5 tonne Crew Cab Pickups • Lot 6 - Small Crew Vans • Lot 7 - 1\.5t Pickup It is anticipated that a single supplier will be appointed to Lot 1 and up to 6 suppliers will be appointed to each of the remaining Lots \(Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7\)\.
