Rooftop Housing Association Limited has awarded a contract to The Compliance Workbook Limited for provision of a cloud platform that centralises statutory compliance across Rooftop's housing portfolio (Gas, Electrical, Water/Legionella, Asbestos, Lifts, Fire), consolidates Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and remedial actions, and provides portfolio-wide dashboards, evidence packs and audit trails. Contract was procured as a direct award via the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 14 Framework Ref. RM1557.14. Contract period commences 1 March 2026 valid for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12-month period.
