Cambridge City Council - Ross Street Community Centre

The Council is offering an eleven year Lease and a Concession Contract (with an option to extend for a further fourteen years) for Ross Street Community Centre for the exclusive right to operate the Centre for the core purpose of providing a multi-purpose community space for creative, learning and general community activities. It is a requirement to prioritise local community use.
