This tender is for the provision of the onsite Care and Support Service within Extra\\r\r Care schemes. Extra Care schemes are for Adults who want to live in their own\\r\r home with a 24 hours a day and 7 days a week onsite support, if they need it. It\\r\r means living in a safe property, with self-contained apartments in a well-maintained\\r\r modern schemes in the heart of the community that is purpose built and tailored to\\r\r the needs of Older People.
