Work description
Following an award of funding from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), Loughborough University wishes to purchase a xenon plasma, focused ion beam (P-FIB) combined with a high resolution scanning electron microscope and high sensitivity analytical detectors.
