ITT for the Revitalising the Heart of Chesterfield: Main Contractor

The council requires to appoint a main contractor to deliver the Revitalising the Heart of Chesterfield (RHOC) public realm improvement project. The delivery of the works will be managed under the NEC Contract Option A with Activity Schedule.\r \r RHOC is part of the Connecting Chesterfield package of interventions to deliver the transformational regeneration of the historic town center.\r \r The works are due to commence on the 6th May 2024 with a practical completion in October 2025.\r \r
