Lead Service Provision for Community Based Care and Support: Homecare, Outreach, Extra Care and Specialist Support for Adults. LOT 1 TITLE:- Homecare and Outreach - North Extra Care Services - Parkview Court and Grassy Meadow Court Specialist Support Services - Borough-wide annual value £14,707,754. LOT 2 TITLE:- Homecare and Outreach - South Extra Care Services - Triscott House and Cottesmore House annual value £9,670,068 The Council wishes to award a 5 year (plus one year + one year) contract.
