## Description

The Project involves project management and design services for the redevelopment of the British High Commission compound in Pretoria, new build office, seismic assessment to confirm suitability and refurbish/ reconfiguration of existing building, demolition, landscaping including new car park with PV solar shading/ grey water storage that meets the long-term operational requirement of the Client and provides a modern working environment for staff and visitors\.
