## Description

The purpose of this requirement is to: • Develop a thorough understanding of strategic financing choices faced made by the public and private sectors when seeking to fund infrastructure projects - drawing on examples of both the past and present projects and setting out the implications of these decisions\. • Determine good policies and market practices that have been tested and exemplified through projects which could be put into future use\. • Identify any market failure or market barriers which are crucial to long-term success of infrastructure that requires interventions\. Form a view on the presence and nature of fundamental or systemic gaps in policies in infrastructure financing\. Further details can be found within the full documentation attached to this notice\.
