## Description

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking suppliers to undertake General Repairs and Maintenance works to its 17,000 homes \(12,00 tenanted and 5,000 occupied by leaseholders\) including mechanical and engineering works, asbestos removals and works to void properties\. The contract will be divided into service and geographical lots\. Each contract will be for 5 years with two possible extensions of one year
