## Description

KCHFT has upgraded the existing clinical system : Symphony, for urgent treatment and emergency care, supporting patient management, tracking and clinical workflow\. The system was awarded under the QE Facilities Agreement : Clinical IT Software \(and Hardware\) Solutions for use in Healthcare, Framework agreement \(2021/S 001-002154\) under a Direct award process\. Term of the agreement is for 3 years with an option to extend up to a maximum of 10 years in total\.
