The Customer requires a UK (including NI) Document Scanning and Storage Service which will incorporate collection, storage of hard copy material, processing (preparing, scanning / reconciliation and electronic {DVD} storage) and return of electronic documents up to Official security level (and occasional Official Sensitive level) for evidential purposes
