Description

Provision of Specialist Printing Services for Annual Council Tax Bills, Annual Business Rates Bills, Annual Housing Benefit and Annual Council Tax Reduction Scheme Letters, plus Daily Council Tax and Business Rates Documents, including Council Tax Reduction letters. Blackpool Council is calling off YPO Framework RM6280 - (Postal services and solutions) Blackpool Council hosts a shared Revenues and Benefits Service for Blackpool and Fylde Borough Councils and is looking to identify and appoint a single service provider for the provision of specialist printing services for Annual Council Tax Bills, Annual Business Rates Bills, Annual Housing Benefit and Annual Council Tax Reduction Scheme Letters. The Council also require the service provider to produce daily Council Tax and Business Rates documents. This includes, but would not be limited to, the production of Bills, Adjustment Notices, Reminders, Final Notices, Summonses and Recovery documents. There may be the requirement for additional documents requested by Central Government or the Council to accompany the letters, the Council will notify the successful bidder if they are required.
