This research aims to establish how better connectivity can lead to improved operations and safety, and to achieve this will need to establish what the current operational, safety and security issues are that connectivity could help tackle\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
