GB-SOUTHAMPTON: UHS 13133- Trust Surveys

Suitable suppliers are invited to submit a tender bid for the Provision of all Trust Surveys ( excluding Staff surveys) . Contract period will be for 3 years with 2 x 12 optional extensions. The tender is divided into 2 lots . Lot 1 is for General Patient Surveys and Lot 2 is for National Patient Surveys . Please note suppliers will need to be on the CQC approved contractors list in order to bid for LOT 2 ONLY.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
