## Description

The new hot and cold water services pressurisation system and the remedial works to cold water storage cistern are to be carried out as a continuous series of works only interrupted by the requirements for short duration shutdowns of the services at the agreed times and dates as the works develop\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
