## Description

Kirklees Council has appointed a provider to supply a Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement\. The contract will be for a period of three years commencing 01 January 2026 and expiring 31 December 2028 with an option to extend for a further period of twelve months to accommodate the potential deferral of the E5 ramp\. This procurement was undertaken as a further competition under the ESPO framework agreement Ref:RM6098; Technology Products & Associated Services 2 \(TEPAS 2\) Lot 3 Software and Associated Services
