Tenders were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Suppliers appointed to the Roofing Framework \(KMCHNPS-015 - Lot 1\) with relevant experience and ability for \(the "Works"\) as detailed in the Further Competition documents\.
