Freebridge Community Housing is seeking a contractor for the taking down and rebuilding of an existing single storey extension at 8 Lime Grove, Gayton, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. The works are to include all necessary demolition, alteration and site clearance, flagstones, drainage, landscaping, and other external works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
