## Description

Winchester City Council is required to deliver \[capital\] asset valuation services in accordance with RICS and other statutory requirements\. The council is awarding a contract via the ESPO framework "Estates Management Professional Services" Ref: 2700\_22\. The Framework has provision for a direct award and in accordance with the guidance set out in the Framework, Wilkes Head & Eve LLP has been identified as being able to meet the specification requirements and is the least cost provider\. The contract is for a period of five years with options to extend annually up to 36 months in total up to 28 September 2031
