Construction of two storey extension partially built over a section of the existing school with minor internal alterations at Castlecombe Primary School, 6 Castlecombe Road, Mottingham, London SE9 4AT

The works will be undertaken in four sections

Section 1 - Minimum works to be undertaken within the school when it is in occupation, during the Summer vacation period 2016:

Section 2 - Minimum works that need to be undertaken within the school whilst in occupation.

Section 3 - Extension to create ½ FE expansion over existing classroom accommodation with some internal alterations.

Section 4 - Completion of essential work within the school during Summer vacation period 2017.

Temporary accommodation will be provided by others for decanting from 1st September 2016.

The work will be undertaken within the occupied Primary School site.

The contractor's works will include completion of the detailed design beyond RIBA Stage 4, and construction of the extension under the JCT Design & Build 2011, including all builder's works and M&E works including connection into the existing school systems.
