London Borough of Barnet Leisure Management and Operation Contract

The London Borough of Barnet ("the Council") is seeking a Leisure Partner to enable the Council to effectively and efficiently manage Barnet leisure facilities, balanced by securing and sustaining a positive annual revenue position for the Council. Our vision is to "create a more active and healthy borough" and a future Leisure Centre Management Contract reinforces this approach. A range of public health outcomes will be integrated into a future contract to enhance the connection between physical activity, sport and health.A Leisure Centre Management Contract will require facility management, operation and programme delivery of five existing leisure centres and two new proposed leisure centres, due to open by 31st March 2019.The contract may involve providing leisure programmes using the council's own parks, green spaces and/or local assets.
