*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* West Kent Housing Association wishes to commission an external review of Board effectiveness, together with an assessment of IDA readiness. West Kent last had an In Depth Assessment in April - June 2022 and we are now preparing for the next, under the new Inspection regime. We require a review of our current governance arrangements and assessment of the robustness of evidence available to demonstrate compliance with the Economic and Consumer Standards. We are suggesting this will be broken down into three workstreams and each stage will be reported on separately.
