Waverley Borough Council (WBC) owns approximately 5000 Council Homes covering the towns of Farnham, Godalming, Haslemere, Cranleigh and surrounding areas. Property assets include communal flat blocks, houses, shared living scheme sites and new build construction. The Council is seeking tenderers to submit rates for a variety of services that are required in order to create a dedicated framework to be utilised across the council without having to conduct competition.
