RBFA CORE SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAMME

The Authority is seeking to put in place a local framework of suppliers to create and deliver a range of face to face training courses that will deliver the Authority’s Core Skills programme. This programme of courses will support the organisational change work to up skill staff and enable responsibilities currently managed at the centre by senior managers to be undertaken by the most appropriate officer level. A corporate programme is in place to oversee a broader programme of organisational change to support the corporate vision and Transform 2019.
