## Description

The Estates Professional Service Ratings service is used to assess, submit, negotiate and settle all rating appeals concerned with the Force's property portfolio\. The appointed supplier will conduct Compiled List Appeals on behalf of the Force with the view of reducing the rateable value of the Force's Estate Portfolio\.
