Technical Assistance on Bank Recovery, Resolution and Financial Stability for Bangladesh Bank

This Notice relates to publication of cost and time amendment to the call-down contract under Lot 4 (Finance) of Crown Commercial Services, Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF 3) that requires a service provider or a consortium of service providers ("Supplier") to provide technical assistance to the Bangladesh Bank - the central bank of Bangladesh and its Banking Sector Task Force.

Details of amendment include the following:

* A time extension of the contract, extending the contract end date from 07/11/2025 to 31/03/2026. * An increase in the contract value from £820,869.99 to £1,220,815.47 * The addition of further deliverables and milestones to be delivered in this extension period.
