Preliminary Market Consultation Disposal of Council Owned Vehicles and Assets

The market has progressed since the council undertook its last procurement of a disposal framework and we want to understand what has moved on and what we need to take into consideration when we procure the service. We will be procuring a service following this PMC, and the responses to this will inform the specification.
