## Description

Epsom & Ewell Borough Council \(EEBC\) is inviting experienced consultants to submit tenders to prepare a Strategic Viability Assessment \('the assessment'\) to support the new Epsom and Ewell Local Plan\. The emerging Local Plan sets out the future spatial strategy for the Borough and will include sites for allocation\.
