## Description

The re-selling of ServiceNow Subscriptions, as offered by Service Now, and as detailed in Schedule 1, subject to the terms of its ServiceNow User Authorisation Certificate \(UAC\) and Master Subscription Service Agreement \(MSA\)\. We entered into a G-Cloud 11 Call-Off Contract signed 20th December 2019 with Fujitsu Services for for the provision of ServiceNow support licencing\.
