Procurement of Architectural design and associated design professional consultant services for the design and delivery of a public portfolio of capital projects including municipal and civic buildings (education, social care, leisure, health, libraries, smaller housing units), and undertake urban design and masterplanning for wider housing and regeneration developments within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the Corporate Property Department of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Procurement Route: COMPETITIVE PROCEDURE WITH NEGOTIATIONS. Additional information: Expressions of Interest/ PQQ are invited from Consultant teams who are professionally qualified in architecture, urban design and masterplanning, and who have appropriate skills and experience for the public portfolio identified, along with in-house professionals or the management of sub-consultancy expertise in associated design professional consultant services including MEPH engineering, structural engineering, planning agent/ Town Planning advice and landscape architect. Wider non-core design services may also be applicable.
