## Description

This service comprises of two flats with three tenants who live there\. Both flats have two bedrooms and have their own external front door with a linking internal door for staff use only\. The two bedroomed ground floor flat has a kitchen and lounge, and two tenants will be in this flat\. The two bedroomed upstairs flat also has a kitchen and lounge, however, only one tenant will be in this flat as one bedroom is used as a sleep-in room for both flats\. The property is located in Heald Green, Stockport and is easily accessible to a local bus route as well as amenities such as shops which are within walking distance\. The property also has its own driveway for parking\.
