Salesforce Education Cloud Support

Provision of a managed support service for the current Salesforce Student and Marketing Cloud software.

This was previously undertaken by the supplier Creation Technology Solutions Limited as they are the partner for the Salesforce software. This supplier has worked previously with the University of Sheffield and has an awareness of the internal processes so offers compatibility and continuation of service.

Utilisation of the direct award option via G-cloud was utilised selecting the relevant service ID that matches this body of work.
