The procurement sought to provide a Speaking Up package of services for people who work in the NHS and Adult Social Care sector and for providers of NHS services and Adult Social Care services\. The objective of the guidance and signposting helpline is to support people who wish to speak up about matters that affect the delivery of care, particularly patient safety\.
