## Description

Annual Servicing Provide annual servicing for approximately 20 legacy stair lifts, 2 step lifts and 3 through floor lifts\. In previous years there have been an average of 12 servicing visits per month\. Repairs Provide a repair service for legacy lifts covered by the contract - 514 stair lifts, 19 step lifts and 30 through floor lifts\. These lifts will be repaired for the life of the lifts\. In previous years there were an average of 31 call outs for breakdowns per month\.
