## Description

The requirement was for an overt body armour system to provide ballistic protection to the vulnerable areas of the torso whilst allowing the officer to undertake their operational duties\. The procurement was carried out using Lot 7\.6 of the ESPO Framework reference 144\_19 for Personal Protective Equipment \(PPE\) & Clothing\.
