Provision of Fraud and Error Deterrence and Prevention Message Testing

1.1 The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) (The Authority) wishes to commission an independent research organisation to conduct qualitative research with benefit claimants to explore their reactions and responses to a set of new messages designed to improve compliance with the benefit rules and discourage fraudulent behaviour. The research is intended to generate insight to guide the development of future communications activities/products aimed at benefit claimants.
