## Description

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council \(the Council\) is seeking to procure Support and Maintenance of their existing Mitel solution including all Software Assurance from a Mitel Gold Solutions Partner\. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of one \(1\) year with a possible two \(2\) x twelve \(12\) months extensions\. The Council reserves the right to amend the scope of the support requirement for the extension period\.
