## Description

Mid Devon District Council \(MDDC\) has a requirement for the repointing, rendering and weather sealing of its properties, removal of chimneys and asbestos bin stores and removal and replacement of concrete lintels\. The exact scope of works is covered below, and within any property may include the replacement, renewal or part renewal of any or all of the building elements mentioned above\. There is also a requirement to carry out a refurbishment/demolition survey of any property, that is to receive works, which has not been surveyed previously, in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive's book Asbestos: The Survey Guide and HSG 264\.
