Service Provider to deliver Traffic Marshall course to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training \(NEET\)\. Traffic Marshall course will encourage and support learners to start a career in the Traffic Marshalling and roadways with a range of modules on to how to remain safe in a Marshalling Environment
