## Description

Rykneld Homes are direct awarding a contract for their Kitchen and Bathrooms Programme via the Efficiency East Midlands Limited \(EEM\) Property Improvement and Decarbonisation Works Framework \(EEM0056\) Contract over £1m Midlands lot\. The contract will commence on 01st June 2025 for 3 years with two further optional 1 year extensions taking the maximum contract term to 31st May 2030\.
