Provision for 111 services in Devon

Description

NHS Devon ICB has awarded a contract for 111 service provision for Devon to Vocare limited (Totally plc). The contract is to support with the provision of NHS 111 services in the short term. The contract started on 16th July 2022 and ends on 30th September 2022 (with a 10-day optional extension period). The contract value could be up to £917,000 (excluding VAT) and is based on calls answered with no minimum agreed volumes of activity. The contract covers the whole of Devon and is based on specific dates and times that support for calls is specifically required. Additional information: The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
