## Description

North of England Commissioning Support \(NECS\) is working for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and Yorkshire \(the Contracting Authority\) who wish to commission a contract for the provision of 19 Health Needs Assessment Services for 19 Secured Estates in North East and Yorkshire\. The provision will be for a 12-month contract term starting 01 April 2023, with no option to extend\. Additional Information This quotation exercise will be conducted via the NECS e-tendering portal \(In-Tend\) as such there will be no hard copy documents issued to bidders and all communications between bidders and NECS, including quotation submissions, will be conducted via the In-Tend portal\. Under the Public Services \(Social Value\) Act 2012 the Contracting Authority must consider: \(a\) How what is proposed to be procured might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the area where it exercises its functions, and \(b\) How, in conducting the process of procurement, it might act with a view to securing that improvement\.
