## Description

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Electric Cookers\. Croydon Council are carrying out a scheme of major refurbishments at Dartmouth House Estate, Elmwood Road, and College Green, in Upper Norwood\. • Dartmouth House Estate The estate is made up of 2 blocks, one 3 storey \(1-12\), one 8 storey \(13-40\), and 4 bungalows \(one of which is sold and therefore excluded from this contract - Bungalow number 41\)\. Only block 13 - 40 has a lift\. • 55 - 133 College Green This is a 10 storey tower block and has a lift As part of this project there is a requirement to replace the current Gas cookers in this location with Electric cookers\. Croydon Council Asset Management require a quote for a supplier to supply, deliver and install Electric Cookers \(Including capping off of existing Gas supply\) to 83 residents, collect their existing Gas cookers if required and dispose of them\. The total volume of cookers will be 83
