Certification Programme - Covid Pass - Service Design and Product Owners

The UK has an opportunity to lead the world in utilising the COVID-19 vaccine to start to get our economy moving again. International travel had been and must again be a significant part of the UK economy.

Much work on the Covid Certification programme has been delivered. As the programme moves into the next phase of the development, the requirements will be primarily focused on the end user experience.

The supplier resource will need to define and co-ordinate the user research / insight approach that informs product iteration for the programme.

The supplier will be providing expert advice and leadership in the 2 areas below (further detailed in scope of requirements)
