Consultancy for the Review of Future Provision and Delivery of Environmental Services

Cannock Chase District Council and Stafford Borough Council are looking to procure the services of a consultant with experience in Environmental Services to undertake a joint review of both Councils Environmental Services to:

• Analyse and benchmark the current services; • Recommend the most appropriate service delivery model(s); • Identify savings that can be achieved.

This is considered to be a significant piece of work for both Councils and will shape future service delivery.
