Term Maintenance Contract

Provision of new contract(s) to delivery cyclical/planned and reactive maintenance for the managed estate asset, including project works. These are required in support of compliant statutory estate management and to enable minor works, repairs and refurbishments to be achieved through identified suppliers.The works involve reactive and cyclical maintenance and project work in the following disciplines:-Mechanical works-Electrical works-Water Hygiene-Fire alarms-Lift Maintenance-Air conditioning and ventilation-General building maintenance/services-Firefighting equipment-Automatic Doors and roller shutters-Fire Doors- Asbestos InspectionEach discipline will be awarded a specific contract for a three year term with up to two year extension option.
