Additional information: Contract to undertake internal stock condition surveys to support the Council to report on Decent Home Standard within its housing stock and to help plan and inform its capital investment. At the end of the survey programme, a detailed stock condition report will be required from the Consultant detailing their finding and their recommendations for capital works.
